Canon PIXMA G540 Wireless Six-Colour MegaTank Photo Printer

The Canon PIXMA G540 Wireless Six-Colour MegaTank Photo Printer is designed for photographers, creative professionals, studios and home users who need high-quality photo printing. Its six-colour refillable ink system includes additional red and grey inks to deliver rich colours, smooth tonal transitions and detailed photographic prints.

With a print resolution of up to 4800 × 1200 dpi, the G540 produces detailed images suitable for photographs, creative projects and colour prints. It supports borderless photo printing up to A4 size and can print a borderless 4 × 6-inch photograph in approximately 47 seconds under specified conditions.

The refillable MegaTank system helps lower printing costs for users who regularly produce photographs. Canon estimates that one set of ink bottles can print up to 3,800 4 × 6-inch photos under its specified test conditions, although actual yields depend on the images printed and usage.

Wireless connectivity makes printing convenient from compatible smartphones, tablets and computers. The Canon PRINT app, Apple AirPrint and Mopria provide supported mobile printing options, while the rear paper feed accommodates up to 100 sheets. Its user-replaceable maintenance cartridge also helps simplify routine maintenance.
