Hikvision 4-Channel Mini H.265 DVR

The Hikvision DS-7104HGHI-M1 4-Channel Mini 1U H.265 DVR is a compact digital video recorder designed for dependable CCTV surveillance in homes, shops, offices and small businesses. It supports up to four analogue camera channels and is compatible with HDTVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS camera formats, providing flexibility when setting up or upgrading a surveillance system.

Featuring Motion Detection 2.0, the DVR uses deep-learning technology to classify human and vehicle movement on supported analogue channels. This helps reduce false motion alerts caused by irrelevant movement, such as changing light conditions, and makes recorded footage easier to search.

The DS-7104HGHI-M1 uses H.265 Pro+, H.265 Pro and H.265 video compression technologies to help improve recording efficiency and reduce storage requirements. It supports 1080p Lite recording at up to 15 fps according to the specified model datasheet, making it suitable for everyday security monitoring.

The recorder also supports audio transmission over compatible coaxial cabling and can accommodate up to five IP camera channels, with supported resolutions up to 2MP. Its HDTVI transmission capability reaches up to 1,200 metres for 720p signals under suitable conditions, depending on the installation and cabling.

With Hik-Connect and DDNS support, users can access compatible surveillance systems remotely. The DVR includes one SATA interface for a hard drive of up to 4TB, allowing recorded footage to be stored for later playback and review. Confirm whether a hard drive is included in your package before purchasing, as storage capacity support does not necessarily mean the unit comes with an installed HDD.
